We wrote these terms in everyday language so they are easy to follow. They cover the website only. Any roofing work at your home is set out separately, in an agreement we go over with you before the job begins.

The pages here explain roof repair, roof replacement, inspections, storm damage repair, gutters and metal roofing in general terms. They are meant to help you understand your roof and plan ahead. They are not a diagnosis of your home.

Every roof is different. Decking condition, past repairs, ventilation and storm exposure all change what a job needs. Only an on-site look at your roof can tell us what is actually going on up there.

Estimates and Pricing

Nothing on this website is a price quote or an offer to do work at a set cost. A phone conversation at (904) 541-9158 is where we talk through your roof and arrange a visit. Any estimate we give is based on what we see at your home, and the final terms are those in the written agreement you sign with us.

Offers mentioned on the site, such as financing or free inspections, may depend on the details of your project. We will explain how they apply to you during the call or visit.

Contacting Us by Phone

The phone is the only way to reach us through this website. Calling does not commit you to anything. You can ask questions, get a feel for your options and decide later whether you want us to come out.

Insurance and Third Parties

If you have storm damage, we can work directly with your insurance adjuster. We are not your insurer, though, and we cannot decide what a policy covers or how much a claim will pay. Those decisions belong to your insurance company.
